Best UK broadband provider for reliability — EE

EE consistently delivers the fastest average speeds of any major UK provider, according to Ofcom's Connected Nations data. EE recorded 5 complaints per 100,000 customers in Q4 2025 — below the industry average of 7. Its nationwide FTTP rollout uses the Openreach network, covering 97% of UK premises. Best for customer satisfaction — Community Fibre and Toob

Community Fibre holds a 4.6 Trustpilot score and generated just 3 complaints per 100,000 customers in Q4 2025 — the lowest of any reportable UK provider. Coverage is currently London-only.
