Accessibility Statement
How we make BroadbandPicker easier to use, and how to tell us when something gets in your way.
Last updated: 28 October 2026
Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We work to make text readable, controls usable with a keyboard, focus visible, images meaningfully described, and tables and forms understandable with assistive technology.
Using this website
You should be able to:
- zoom to at least 200% and reflow content without losing essential information;
- navigate menus, forms, comparison controls and cookie choices using a keyboard;
- skip repeated navigation and move directly to the main content;
- understand links and form errors from their labels and surrounding text; and
- use the site with current screen readers and browser accessibility settings.
Known limitations
BroadbandPicker contains large comparison tables, third-party consent interfaces and an interactive speed test. On narrow screens some tables need horizontal scrolling. Third-party provider pages reached through our links are outside our control. We continue to test our own pages and fix issues we find.
Tell us about a problem
If you cannot access part of the site, email [email protected] or use our contact page. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you used if you are comfortable doing so. We will acknowledge the report and aim to provide the information in an accessible format or explain the fix.
How we test
We use automated checks alongside keyboard and visual review. Automated tools do not find every accessibility problem, so reports from readers are important.
